ENG Properties uses a business text-messaging service to send and receive text messages through our office line. This section explains how our SMS program works and how we handle the information involved.



Opt-in and consent

By providing your mobile phone number to ENG Properties and agreeing to receive text messages — for example, on an application, web form, lease document, or by texting us first — you consent to receive text communications from us at that number. These messages may include responses to your inquiries, appointment and showing coordination, maintenance and service updates, account and rent-related notices, and other communications related to our services. Opt-out

You can opt out of text messages at any time by replying STOP to any message you receive from us. After you opt out, we will not send you further text messages unless you opt back in (for example, by replying START). How we handle your mobile information

No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. All categories of information sharing described in this Privacy Policy exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.

• Legal compliance and protection — when required by law, regulation, subpoena, court order, or government request, or when we believe sharing is necessary to protect our rights, your safety or the safety of others, or to investigate fraud.
• Business transfers — in connection with a merger, acquisition, financing, or sale of all or a portion of our business, your information may be transferred as part of that transaction.
• With your consent — with other parties when you direct us to or otherwise give us your consent.

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect your personal information, and we limit access to those who need it to perform their jobs. However, no method of transmission over the internet or mobile networks, and no method of electronic storage, is 100% secure. We cannot guarantee the absolute security of your information.
